Current Chapters

Our chapters span the nation, currently working in over fifteen states on approximately thirty campuses. Check to see if your school has a chapter and if not—start your own! Our Start a Chapter link to the right can get you on your way.

Each of our chapters engages their student body and broader community in the political process by:

o organizing issue forums and debates

o hosting elected officials as speakers

o registering and mobilizing young voters

o disseminating voting information and resources on voting procedure

o coordinating grassroots efforts to reform elections

o encouraging young adults to propose new solutions to our nation’s greatest problems.

We are developing a mentoring program, where our most active chapters will serve as advisors to emerging chapters. Whenever possible, these connections will be geographically based; therefore, our chapters can develop strong regional connections, which will foster greater local activism.

In addition to holding on campus events, we hope to invigorate our chapters’ outreach to elected officials by facilitating regular visits with legislators and encouraging frequent emailing, phone-calling, and letter writing campaigns.
